SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Shipping

Depending on the weight, size and type of package, your products will be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail®, USPS First-Class Mail®, or UPS Ground. Please allow one to three business days for order processing plus an additional two to five business days for transit time. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@justlikejoan.com and provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll be happy to issue you a full refund.

If your order has already left our facility, we will not be able to cancel the order, but you can follow the instructions below to apply for return after your package is received.

Returns

We really believe you’re going to love what you receive, but if for any reason you do not, we’ll be happy to process a refund for your order. To qualify for a return or refund:

(1) The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

(2) Please email hello@justlikejoan.com within 10 days of your receipt of the product. In the email, please include your name, order number, and reason for return.

(3) Once you are given return instructions, your return order must be postmarked within 7 days.

(4) Upon our receipt of the returned product, you will be issued a full refund.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. A return must be processed and then you can reorder.

Clearance

Sale and clearance items do not qualify for returns. All sale and clearance purchases are final.
